NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Emmanuel N. Mosko was born in The Bahamas in 1940. He was educated at Queens College, Nassau and studied at McGill University, Montreal, Canada.  He has been actively involved as a principal in many substantial property developments throughout The Bahamas, and continues to serve as a Director of a number of local and foreign companies.

He is a past Director of the Hotel Corporation of The Bahamas, a Government-owned entity, and is involved in a number of major investment and venture capital projects.
